The STTART Method
A 6-step method of transformation providing a systematic and powerful roadmap to navigate change in an organisation.

Beginning with Strategy planning and completing the cycle with the Testing phase, it seeks to align all stakeholders on digital transformations that fulfil business goals.

STRATEGY
We begin our journey with an in-depth study into your industry, your business, your company, and the people behind it. We ask questions and have meaningful discussions with your team to find answers for some of the following inquiries:

-
Where does your business fit in the customer's value chain?
-
Where do we want to play?
-
How can we deliver better value to your customers?
-
Which approach gives us the greatest chance of success?

TARGETING
How the business looks like after transformation is an integral part of the planning stage so, we set targets for what we want to achieve upon implementation whether it's:

People changes - internal restructuring, recruitment, staff transfers etc.
Process changes - automation, business drivers (service or sales oriented), simplification etc.

Once the targets are set, we work alongside your departments and teams to achieve them by creating a hierarchy of goals using the Balanced Scorecard tool that measures the following areas:

-
Financial
-
Customer
-
Internal
-
Learning and Growth

TECHNOLOGY
Good technology supports and enhances the business. Bad technology hurts the business and slows it down. We assist our clients in this area by translating tough business decisions into technological choices that fully supports the business and its goals.
Biz Transforms PLT maintains a strict policy of vendor impartiality. We do not and will not accept any form of payment from any of our trusted vendors, ensuring that there is no conflict of interest in serving our valued clients.

ALLOCATION
We take a building block approach to our transformation strategies through well allocated resources. To ensure a high degree of success, each transformation segment is broken down into building blocks of PPT (people, processes, and technology) with each block allocated:

-
Finances - Factoring in the cost of implementation
-
Time - Estimating a duration of time to completion and setting a start date up to delivery
-
Manpower - Appointing roles and delegating responsibilities to Project Managers
-
Risk Management - Anticipating risks with allowances for worst-case scenarios

REALISATION
This phase is where the concept becomes reality. We take a pro-active role in steering the transformation towards value realisation by supporting the client's Project Managers using the following approaches:
-
Specifications of deliverables are clearly stated in vendor contracts
-
Monitoring and offering on-call guidance to the client's Project Managers
-
Conformance reviews of key deliverables

TESTING
Post-realisation, we measure the success of the transformation against the targets that were set, and assess to what extent the expected value of the transformation was achieved. This typically begins between one to six months after Realisation is complete.
We care whether:
-
Targets have been achieved
-
Changes were adopted
-
The business benefitted

And we always ask ourselves, what's next?

As your business grows, we believe that software must evolve alongside it and so, we keep longevity at the forefront, ensuring that maintenance and updates must keep up-to-pace with technological advancement.
